Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 4, 2021, found that E&J Health Care, LLC, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite home care state re-licensure survey conducted on August 3, 2021.
